The “Lost Without YOU!” IndieGoGo Campaign for Lost in Sunshine

by Lorie Marsh on February 8, 2011

Before I space it out (which is quite possible given my foggy, cold-addled brain), I want to share the specific link here to our current IndieGoGo Campaign, “Lost Without YOU!”.

We’re raising funds in support of creating free online games related to our story-world, and our Perks all embrace contributed content. Make a donation, add content to the story-world!

This is a big gamble, of course, because we don’t expect our target audience to be chiefly gamers. So, why add games? Because we want LIS to stand out and be memorable. By creating fun interactive apps/games for the site, I hope to draw fans back to the site again and again and feel some ownership in it.

I’d also like to point you HERE, where the writer-director of Lost in Sunshine, Jentri Chancey, writes in her blog Forloveofindiefilmmaking about the what’s and why’s of our campaign.  I gotta tell you, every day I am reminded why I offered to produce her script — she’s just awesome!
